Common Physical Traits
Short and stocky, Dwarves generally stand anywhere between 3.5 feet to 4 feet tall. They have hardened and stout bodies (both genders) with relatively longer arms than their legs. Dwarves, for both genders, are known for their long flowing beards -- which can make for some confusion when seeing a bunch of Dwarves lined up together. They are generally rugged in appearance and may have their ears either round like a Human or pointed like an Elf (not as elongated however).

Dark Vision

Dwarves are capable of seeing in the darkest of places. If there is a light source within 100 feet of them, they are capable of seeing in darkness as if it was fully lit. If there is no light source within 100 feet and they are in pure darkness, they are capable of seeing as if they were in a dark room illuminated by a candle. They are unable to make out colors when seeing in pure darkness.

Gaseous Resistance

All gases, whether poisonous or not, is something normal for a Dwarf who tunnels through the mountains or under the ground. They have developed a resistance to poisonous gases. All poisons affecting the Dwarf will have it's DC reduced by 2.
