Activity Checks
Activity Checks will not be announced and will be done at the beginning of every month by a member of staff. Activity Checks will be performed based on Active Character Updates. A member of staff will look through your post history. If you didn't make any IC post within the last calendar month, you will be declared inactive.

What happens if I'm inactive?

Your Updates Page will be moved to the Inactive Updates section.

You will not gain anything while your Updates Page is placed in the Inactive Updates Page.

If you have any special items, you will lose access to those special items. Special Items being one-of-a-kind items. These items will be returned to showing nobody owns it.

If you own any special titles, you will lose that title and it will be vacated.

Anything else considered 'unique' will also be removed from your character sheet

Anything removed from your Character Sheet will be stated in your Updates Page. If you go inactive, it will also be stated in your Updates Page. This will also apply to staff.

Excused Absence
If you know you won't be around for a month or won't be able to post for that month, it is suggested to make an Excused Absence in the [Hello, Farewell, and BRB] forum. Once you have posted there, it is recommended posting this link as a reply in your Updates Page.

You will be given 1 free month of Excused Absence. It is suggested that if you're going through a rough time with your physical or mental health, to step away. We, as a community, would rather you step away and concentrate on getting better rather than clinging onto the site and potentially causing harm to yourself.

Return from Activity
If you were deemed inactive, you are to simply make a post in your updates stating you are back to being active and post in the Request area in the discord. Once re-active, you will be given your usergroup back and your Updates Page moved out of Inactivity. You will no still no longer have your special items but you are free to roleplay. If you lost your staff position from Inactivity, you will have to re-apply to become a member of staff.
