Houses
While most houses are generally built within Florian, it is possible to have a house built outside of the Capital City. Keep in mind, doing this will come with additional costs. All houses come with basic amenities such as a bedroom and a shared living space. Houses are only capable of accommodating TWO people. More accommodations can be purchased via the 'Additional Room' room. May only be considered a resident to one house, reaping the benefits of that house.

Small-Sized House
This is a small house generally meant for a single person or a couple. Roughly the size of an apartment. Nothing more than a run-down shack. At least it beats living with others in the Adventurer's Guild's shared bays -- right? The Small-Sized House has a small pit in the middle of the room meant specifically for cooking and heating. This is generally what the peasants live in.

Medium-Sized House
A much more luxurious house than the small-sized squalor. A house that can accommodate more than what the peasantry is capable of buying. Unlike the Small-Sized House, the Medium-Sized House comes with a separate room for the kitchen and a dining room. There is a small room dedicated for bathing and relief -- though there is no working plumbing.

Large-Sized House
A very lavish house meant for the rich. Generally placed in the nobility sector of the Housing District. This house comes with separate rooms for the kitchen, bath, and with a toilet that leads to the underground sewage system -- still no running water.

Comfort Level: 2 - The user and any occupants within will gain +1 to any two stats (declared by the owner upon being built).

Mansion-Sized House

Storage: The user and any occupants within the house are capable of storing their possessions here.
Comfort Level: 3 - The user and any occupants within will gain +1 to any three stats (declared by the owner upon being built).

Rooms for Houses
If there are any other rooms you can think of to add, feel free to suggest it. If staff likes it, you'll be rewarded that room for half-off the Reol cost once. May only gain this bonus once per player. All rooms take up 1 Room slot unless stated otherwise. It is suggested to purchase these rooms at the same time if you are building your house outside of Platina. Requesting the addition of these rooms later will also incur the travel costs.

Additional Room

Requirement: Medium House
Allows the habitation of +1 additional person. The status of this person's residency is entirely up to the owner of the house. The occupant of this room will gain the same Comfort bonus that the residents of the house gets.

Additional RP Area

Requirement: Medium House
Normally, the user will only get 1 sub-forum for their entire house. Obtaining this room will allow the user to have an additional sub-sub-forum, granting them an additional RP area within the house.

Weapon Forge
Price: X Reol
Requirement: Medium House
This allows the user to craft weapons in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Black Forge to craft weapons.

Armor Forge

Requirement: Medium House
This allows the user to craft armors in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Black Forge to craft armors

Jewelry Forge

Requirement: Medium House
This allows the user to craft jewelry in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Black Forge to craft jewelry

Potion Laboratory

Requirement: Medium House
This allows the user to synthesize Potions in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Red Atelier to synthesize potions.

Poison Laboratory

This allows the user to synthesize Poisons in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Red Atelier to synthesize poisons

Enchanter's Table

Allows the user to create Runestones in the comfort of their own home rather than requiring to go to the Red Atelier to craft Runestones.

Kennel

Requirement: Medium House
Grants the effects of Comfort Level to all non-mounted pets. Must state which pets go here in your Character Update.

Stable
Price: X Reol
Requirement: Large House
Grants the effects of Comfort Level to all mounted pets (does not include non-mounted pets). Must state which pets go here in your Character Update

Training Field
Price: X Reol
Requirement: Large House
A field outside of the user's house that is equipped with training dummies and an array of wooden weaponry. Learning Weapon Arts, on this training field, grants the user +1 bonus EXP.

Shops
You are capable of purchasing a shop so you can sell your wares. Shops will not grant passive income, but it will allow you to visibly show players what you have for sale. Each character may only own 1 shop.
