Infinite Power: This item will draw in Magic Power from the Weave directly into the user's hand. The user will have infinite MP
Cursed Hand: Upon touching this item with your hand (whether covered or not), the Egg will attach itself to the user's skin. This will force the user to immediately Attune with the item. Even after attunement, the user will be stuck with one hand gripping the Egg. They are capable of 'showing it off' by opening their palm, but the Egg will remain attached to the palm.

Object Effect:
The user will be forced to Attune with the item upon touching it. This Runestone Medium has an infinite number of charges. While using this Medium, you cannot use any other Medium or any other Spell Components other than the Egg. The Egg will replace all other Spell Components and all spells will be cast through the Egg. Every topic the user performs a spell with the egg, the user will take a permanent -1 to their maximum WIS. (If someone uses this Egg to cast several spells, for the first time, in a single topic, their Maximum WIS will be reduced to 19 from 20.) Once the user reaches 0 Maximum WIS, the user will be 'devoured' by the Egg and their soul will remain trapped in the Egg for all eternity.

The Egg will also absorb the body and soul of the user upon death, even if their Maximum WIS doesn't reach 0. Then, and only then, will anyone else be able to touch the Egg and be able to attune with it.

NOTE: If you go inactive with this item in your possession, your character will be consumed by the Egg. Your character will be killed.

Object Description:
Nobody knows how this item was created, but it was found within the Ral'Thath Crater within the northern section of the Queendom of Argentio. The Egg had emitted a humming sound, as if attracting those near it to grab it. A Salvager, hoping to gather scrap Meteor Metal, had touched the Egg and was given infinite magical power. However, she went insane. She felt more compelled to use the Egg to perform magical spells, ignoring all other forms of Spell Components. Whispers could be heard in their head, scratching at their brains, compelling them to use more magic and to take advantage of the wealth of magical power that comes with using the Egg until it drove the Salvager mad, forcing her to commit suicide to stop the voices. However, her body was wasn't found and left only the egg.

This cycle repeated several times throughout history until the fifth victim was taken by the Egg, prompting the Queendom to seal the Egg. However, upon checking up on the Egg, the Egg was gone. Mages believed that the Egg had a form of sentience and 'disliked' captivity, so it found it's way out. Even after all of these years, nobody knows of the where-abouts of the True Rune Egg. No reports have come in about any sightings of anyone taking on this Egg and nobody even knows if it's still in the Queendom. However, it is certain that the Egg couldn't pierce the veil of the storm so it is somewhere in Eragia -- somewhere.
