Capital City Florian
After the cataclysmic event when the Summer's Witch separated the Country of Platina from the mainland of Eragia, the Summer's Witch (Samira Cotters), turning the Country of Platina into an island, Florian was created as a landing point for new Adventurers flow in through Eragia. Understanding the ocean currents and knowing that all Turtle Ships that enter through the Stormwall will all flow straight to where the Florian Port now resides. Upon seeing this pattern, the Summer's Witch had a town created -- that town being Florian. Something that started off as an Adventurer's Landing grew into a relatively large city. As the city grew, the Adventurer's Guild was put up as a resource for new Adventurers and housing was put in place throughout the town. More facilities were put into place and most Adventurers will now call this place their new home.

7,328 people. However, the population continues to fluctuate due to intake of new Adventurers and Adventurers leaving.

Government Style
Self Governance. Everyone is expected to police one another with vigilante justice and the court of public opinion being the judge, jury, and executioner.

Leader
There is no real particular leader, but everyone looks up to and respects/fears the Summer's Witch. She was the creator of Florian and lives on-high in her tower outside of Florian. However, another "leader" would be considered the Adventurer's Guild. Wronging the Adventurer's Guild is the same as wronging a terrifying criminal organization. There are a couple of entities that people love and fear, but there isn't any centralized leadership within Florian.
