This is a compendium, a collection of links leading to all the rules on the site.

Site Rules
General Site Rules	These are just general rules about being on the site. Do's and Don'ts of being on an RP forum, in general.
Character Request Rules	This is where you learn how to create your Updates Page and how to perform an update.
Roleplaying Rules	General rules about roleplaying on this site. Such as how many RPs you can be at once and how many words are required to get credit for a post.
Avatar and Signature Rules	Basic rules about what you can or cannot have as your Avatar and Signature.
Multiple Accounts	Rules on how and when you are capable of creating multiple accounts for yourself.
Activity Checks	Rules on how and when Activity Checks are done. Failing an Activity Check will force your account into the Inactive State.
Mature Content	Rules dictating the nature of Mature Content. Not for everyone, but is available to those that want to do it.

Battle System Rules	Rules on the Battle System and how the Battle System works here
EXP Rules	Rules on how Experience works on this site
Questing Rules	Rules on how to Quest
Contracts	Rules on Player-Made Quests given to other players. These can range from retrieving a specific item to killing a specific person. The terms of the Contract are up to the player setting the contract. Does not grant EXP.
Buffing Rules	Rules about how Buffing and Debuffing works. Generally works in tandem with Skill Creation.
Travel Rules	The likelihood of your character leaving Capital City: Florian is high. Read here on how to Travel to other Regions and even other countries.
Attunement Rules	Rules on attuning to and using magical weapons. Either True Magical Items or Runic Magical Items
Character Rules
Character Stats	Rules to learn what each stat does and how much EXP is required to raise your stats
Re-Spec Rules	These are rules about Re-Spec'ing your character. Cannot respect Race.
Character Passives	Rules on creating your own Custom Passive and also serves as a list of Pre-Made Passives you can obtain.

Creation Rules
Character Creation	This is where you learn how to create a character
Race Creation	Create your own Custom Race
Skill Library Creation	You are capable of creating your own Skill Library, given you have available SP (Skill Points). Click here to learn all the ins-and-outs of creating a Skill Library
Magic Art Skill Creation	Once you have created a Skill Library, you can fill that Skill Library with Magic Arts (assuming the Library is meant for Magic Arts).
Weapon Art Skill Creation	Once you have created a Skill Library, you can fill that Skill Library with Weapon Arts (assuming the Library is meant for Weapon Arts)
Basic Crafting Rules	Learn the basic rules involving Crafting.
Weapon Crafting	Learn the specific rules involving crafting weapons
Armor Crafting	Learn the specific rules involving crafting armors
Jewelry Crafting	Learn the specific rules involving crafting jewelry
Potion Creation	Learn the specifics of synthesizing Potions.
Poison Creation	Learn the specifics of synthesizing Poisons
Runestone Creation	Learn the specifics about Runic Masonry -- creating Runestone Mediums as well as Runestone Enchantments.
Building Creation	Rules on how to have buildings such as houses and shops created. Guild Halls can be created when the site population increases.
Pet Creation	Learn how to create yourself a custom Pet. Keep in mind, you are required to have a minimum CHA in order to have a pet obey you.
NPC Creation	Learn how to create a custom NPC. These can be used in battles with you. The user must also have a specific CHA in order to control these NPCs.
