Roleplaying Rules
Minimum Word Count Roleplaying Slots Everyone is capable of having up to 5 roleplays at any single time. This is applied per character. You cannot be in more than 5 roleplays simultaneously. If you are wrapped up in 5 roleplays and wish to join another, you'll need to make a creative reason to leave that roleplay in order to join the other one. Skipping a Slow Poster This will depend on the seriousness of the topic. A Serious Topic is defined as a topic where player(s)' lives are on the line. A Life/Death situation. Everything else will be considered 'Non-Serious'. Crafting Topics Crafting takes 1 RP Slot per crafting license. Quests Performing Quests takes 1 RP Slot. The user may only be in 1 Quest at a time. Traveling When traveling, you must leave all Roleplays within that region (Forum) before you are capable of traveling to the next region (Forum). Failure to leave all topics within a region (Forum) will nullify everything you've done up to that point. If this is used as a means of loopholing, there will be a penalty to your character. You are capable of roleplaying in the same sub-forum (such as if you entered into Capital City: Florian, you are capable of roleplaying in all of the sub-forums within Capital City: Florian without needing to change regions. However, to move to the Contsner Hinterlands (the forum below Capital City: Florian), the user will need to use the Travel Rules, leave all roleplays within Capital City: Florian and then travel to the Contsner Hinterlands. Topic Tags Use the following Tags when creating a topic title: Topic Privacy Anyone within the same region may join a topic (assuming they were in the Region prior to the topic starting). No topics are [Private]. While it is good manners to let topics remain private in places such as a private residence, no topic will be considered private -- even Quests and Training Topics aren't safe from people to join. (Again, assuming they were in the region prior to the topic starting). However, if someone where to invade a topic meant to be private (such as in Private Housing), there better be a damn good IC reason for intruding into that topic. If there isn't a good IC reason, that person will be removed from the topic and they will receive nothing obtained from that topic. |
